Feedback, Complaints and Raising a Concern

You can give feedback, make a complaint or raise a concern about your experience with Homeopathy World. Doing so will not affect your ability to contact the clinic.

How to contact the clinic

You may also write to Homeopathy World, 29 Weymouth Street, Marylebone, London W1G 7DB.

What to include

  • Your name and preferred contact details
  • The date of the appointment or contact, if relevant
  • A clear description of what happened
  • Anything you have already done to resolve the issue
  • The outcome you would like the clinic to consider

Share only the health information needed to explain the issue. Do not send urgent medical information through the complaints route.

What happens after you contact us

  1. The clinic records your feedback or concern.
  2. The clinic confirms receipt and may ask for more information.
  3. The issue is reviewed against the relevant appointment records and clinic procedures.
  4. You receive a response that explains the outcome and any next step available.

If the clinic needs more time or information, it should explain that when it responds. Homeopathy World will not publish a fixed response time until the clinic has confirmed one it can consistently meet.

Privacy and records

Your concern will be handled as confidentially as possible. Information may be shared within the clinic only where needed to investigate and respond. If another person raises a concern for you, the clinic may need your permission before discussing your records.

Medical help: this process is not an urgent medical service. Use NHS 111 for urgent medical advice and call 999 in a life-threatening emergency. Do not delay medical care while waiting for a reply.
