Online Homeopathy Consultations

Homeopathy World offers remote consultations by telephone or video by arrangement. You can discuss the format when you submit an appointment request.

Online homeopathy is complementary care. It is not a substitute for a GP assessment, prescribed treatment, vaccination or urgent help. The NHS states that there is no good-quality evidence that homeopathy treats any health condition.

Who you will speak with

Your consultation is with Daniela Stan, Homeopath. The clinic does not currently publish registration, membership or qualification claims. Read Daniela’s practitioner page before you request an appointment.

How a remote consultation works

  1. Send a request. Give your preferred contact details, appointment type and a short non-urgent message.
  2. Confirm the arrangements. The clinic will clarify availability, phone or video format, fee, geographical eligibility and any remedy delivery arrangements before booking.
  3. Prepare. Have your medicine and supplement list, relevant diagnoses and questions available. Do not send highly sensitive records through the general request form.
  4. Attend privately. Choose a quiet place with a reliable connection. You may be asked about your current concern, general wellbeing, lifestyle and medical care.
  5. Follow the agreed plan. If a product is discussed, confirm the exact label, directions, cost and how it will be supplied.

What is not yet assumed

The website does not currently promise that every appointment can be offered in every country, that remedies or postage are included in the consultation fee, or that a particular video platform will be used. These details should be confirmed for your appointment.

When remote homeopathy is not appropriate

  • You need a diagnosis, examination, prescription or change to prescribed medicine.
  • You have severe, new or rapidly worsening symptoms.
  • You may need urgent or emergency help.
  • The person needing care is a child and the required safeguarding arrangements have not been confirmed.

Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency. Use NHS 111 when you need urgent medical advice and are unsure what to do.

Privacy and practical checks

  • Confirm who can hear or see the call at each end.
  • Do not record the consultation unless everyone has agreed.
  • Ask how notes and follow-up messages are stored.
  • Keep your GP and other healthcare professionals informed about complementary products you use.

Request an online appointment

Use the appointment request form and state whether you prefer telephone or video. The request is not a confirmed booking. You can also review current fees and how to prepare.
